Our journey together begins with a deep dive into your preferences and the specifics of your space, setting the stage for the entire design process.

Discovery Call: we start with a complimentary 20-minute conversation as an introduction to your project.
Consultation Work Session: paid 2-hour project meeting to explore your needs in detail, confirm the scope of work, initiate ideas and officially kick-start the design process.
Design Proposal/Agreement: after the consultation, we'll prepare a customized proposal for the scope of work in each phase of your project as well as a detailed contract. We'll review the proposal together as well as provide you with the copy.

Once you accept our proposal and onboard with us, we'll coordinate a Trade Day at your home/on-site. During the visit, we'll introduce you to our team and trade partners, discuss project requirements an troubleshoot potential challenges upfront. As we progress into the design stages, your input becomes a pivotal part of the process during two key meetings:

Concept & Budget Review: you'll join us for a virtual presentation where we go over the initial design concept, mood board, floor plan, and preliminary project investment. This session is to ensure we're on the same page before proceeding with the drawing package and detailed design selections.
Design Presentation: prepare to be inspired during our comprehensive presentation of the design package which includes millwork, wall treatments, and floor plans etc. along with samples of finishes, fabrics and more. This session is designed to finalize every detail, ensuring that our vision perfectly aligns with your expectations before moving forward.

With the design plan set and approved, we shift gears from concept to construction. This phase is where your space begins to transform, involving everything from construction work to the final styling details.

Product Ordering and Logistics: we manage the ordering and shipment of all fixtures, finishes, furnishings, and accessories. Our team coordinates the logistics to ensure timely delivery and readiness for installation, keeping an eye on lead times and supply chain details.
Construction Oversight: site visits allow us to oversee the execution of the design, ensuring that every element is aligned with the approved plans. We work closely with contractors and trades to guarantee that all construction activities, including electrical and painting work, meet our high standards.
Installation Day: as the project nears completion, we orchestrate the final installation day with precision. Every element from artwork to the smallest decor details is carefully placed, ensuring that the space not only meets but exceeds your expectations.
Reveal Day: the reveal of your finished space, styled to perfection. This is when it all comes together, and we'll invite you to enjoy your new home. We also arrange for professional photography to capture the beauty of your transformed home.
Project Closure & Deficiencies: we conclude with a thorough inspection to address any deficiencies, final billing, and the delivery of a detailed project binder. This ensures that you are completely satisfied and well-informed about every aspect of your new space.
